After purchasing a license, the Hotel ID and License Key arrive by email immediately. There's no waiting for account provisioning or a scheduled onboarding call.
The installer downloads for Windows and runs like any other desktop application — no server to configure, no database to set up separately, no command line. Once installed, the owner or manager enters the license key to activate it.
From there, the only real setup step is importing rooms: room numbers, types, and rates. This is typically the longest part of the process, and for a small property it still takes minutes, not hours.
Staff accounts can be added at the same time or afterward — each person gets their own login and is assigned a role (front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, manager). They can start using the mobile app immediately with the same account.
At that point, the system is ready to take a real reservation and check in a real guest. If anything is unclear along the way, support is available directly through LINE — a message to the person who actually built the software, not a ticket queue.
